Kcars Private Hire (KPH) does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights, due to breakdowns, severe weather delays, traffic delays due to accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
We accept payment in cash (payment to driver). Alternatively payment may be made at the time of booking using a credit/debit card or PayPal, subject to a 2% handling charge.
All prices include any toll or initial car park charges, up to a maximum of £6.50. Thereafter charges will apply at the published rate of the car park.
Waiting charges will be priced at £25 per hour for a 4 door saloon and £30 an hour for a MPV.
All online quotes will be responded to via e-mail.
A standard journey is from one pick up point to another. Multiple drop-off points may result in extra charges.
Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the time of the enquiry.
KPH reserve the right to ask for a deposit on any journey booked.
Any Congestion Charges incurred will be added to any journey that is made into/or out of the congestion zone and will be included in the quote
KPH operates a “no soiling” charging policy, i.e. spillage or sickness. Therefore if a soiling occurs, we reserve the right to charge the appropriate fee for professional cleaning (currently £100 interior, £50 exterior, £150 if both required).
National Holidays (Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Years) can be subject to price increases
KPH ‘s driver has the right to refuse any passenger or to make any journey due to the passenger having excess luggage resulting in the vehicle being unsafe.
KPH’s driver has the right to refuse any passenger who is intoxicated and deemed unsuitable for travel.
KPH can only accept emailed or verbal bookings (telephone), we can not accept on-street bookings.
KPH accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the vehicle.
KPH reserves the right to subcontract the booking to an alternative company as long as an equal or greater grade/size vehicle is supplied.
No reservation which has been accepted by the Provider may be cancelled by the Passenger except with the agreement in writing, by email, telephone or otherwise of the Provider and on terms that the Passenger shall indemnify the Provider in full against all loss (including loss of profit), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Provider as a result of cancellation.
Vehicles are booked by Passengers as requested. Saloon and Estate cars carry a maximum of 4 passengers & luggage. Vehicles to carry a larger no of passengers & luggage are available & are to be booked as required, (for luggage limitations & vehicle types and relevance view vehicles page). Vehicles that are booked by Passengers that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for as stated earlier will incur a 50% cancellation fee

Cancellation’s not informed up to 4 hour’s prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 50% of quoted price for provision of service.
